Overview
Daawn ("Daawn," "we," or "our") is operated by Antidote Group. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Daawn platform, our marketing website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information We Collect
Account information
When you create a Daawn account or request a demo, we collect your name, business email address, company name, and any other information you provide voluntarily. This information is used to authenticate you and communicate with you.
Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads data
With your authorization through Amazon's Login with Amazon (LWA) OAuth flow, Daawn accesses data from your Amazon Selling Partner account, including order data, inventory data, advertising performance data, product listings, customer-aggregate data, and related operational metrics. We access only the categories of data that are necessary to provide the analytics and AI features you have engaged us to deliver, and only with the roles you have approved during the OAuth flow.
Usage data
We collect technical information about your use of the Service, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies for session management and anonymous analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell cookie-derived data to any third party.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service, including running analytics, generating insights, and surfacing tests.
- To authenticate you and maintain your account.
- To communicate with you about the Service, including security and product updates.
- To improve the Service, including model performance, subject to the restrictions on Amazon data described below.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
How We Store and Protect Data
Amazon Seller Central data, Amazon Ads data, and your derived analytics are stored in Google Cloud BigQuery, hosted in US-based regions, encrypted at rest by default. You may elect to land your data in a BigQuery project you own and operate, in which case access remains under your control.
Access to your data is restricted to authorized Antidote personnel who require it to operate the Service. We log access events and review them regularly. We follow industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit, principle-of-least-privilege IAM, and secret management via Google Cloud Secret Manager.
Amazon Data Specifics
We comply with the Amazon Services API Developer Agreement and the Amazon Data Protection Policy. In particular:
- We do not sell, license, or otherwise share Amazon Information with any third party.
- We do not use Amazon Information for any purpose beyond providing the Service you have authorized.
- We retain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from Amazon only for the time strictly required to provide the Service, and never longer than 30 days after the purpose for processing it expires.
- We retain aggregate and de-identified analytics derived from your Amazon data for the duration of your subscription, after which it is deleted or returned to you at your option.
- Buyer email addresses received via Amazon are treated as PII and never used for direct marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only in these limited cases:
- Subprocessors: Cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud, Vercel), email and authentication providers, and similar service providers who help us operate the Service under written data-processing agreements that prohibit independent use of your data.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Daawn, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case any successor will be bound by this Policy.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing brandon@antidote.group. For Amazon data specifically, you can revoke Daawn's access at any time through Seller Central, and we will delete the associated data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
Security Incidents
In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
Children
The Service is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders and posted at the top of this page.
